Meet at Tahoe SO building in Nevada City 0900; Yuba River building in Camptonville 1230. The intent of this contract is to furnish janitorial services for two offices in separate locations on the west side of the Tahoe National Forest. This project encompasses offices in 2 locations on the Tahoe National National Forest, in Nevada City and Camptonville, CA. Location 1: Yuba River Ranger District is located at 15924 HWY 49 Camptonville, CA 95922 The District Office contains 23 carpeted offices, as well as a carpeted reception area, conference room, supply room, break room and hallways. Two restrooms, shower, back entry area, sink area and a portion of a hallway have linoleum floor covering. Estimated square foot of net usable floor space is 7,000. Location 2: Tahoe National Forest Headquarters is located at 631 Coyote St. Nevada City, CA 95959 The Supervisors Office contains approximately 22,000 square feet of space and has 2 stories. Most areas are carpeted, but there are some non-carpeted areas in breakrooms, storage areas and restrooms. There are 6 bathrooms, 1 shower room, and 1 break room/kitchen.
