The Government intends to resolicit this requirement as a one year contract without options. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date to 21 May 2021 to allow additional time to visit the site and the Government to prepare for evaluations of quotes. This is the solicitaiton for the Segales Meadow Fencing Service project. The purpose of this solicitation is to secure services to annually put up and let down an existing approximately 1.5 mile three-wire perimeter exclusion fence along the north, east, and south sides of Segales Meadow. Due to Covid 19 travel and gathering restriction their is no Government lead site visit for this project. Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. Submit any request for information (RFI's) to robert.briney@usda.gov no later than 3:00 P.M. on the 7th of May. Response to RFI's will be posted on or about the 10th of May.
