See SF 30 and attachment for additional information. This project is for the demolition of the Fredricks House and Garage. The house is estimated to be approximately 2,374 square foot and is constructed of a concrete foundation, metal/wood shake roof and has wood exterior siding. It is a two-story building with seven rooms downstairs and two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. The garage is a single-story building that is estimated to be approximately 711 square feet and is constructed of a concrete foundation, metal roof and has wood exterior siding. Both buildings were built in 1930. The Contractor will conduct demolition operations that maintain all building materials including glass materials within the demolition material to be hauled away. Demolition material, no matter how small, will not be allowed to remain at the site. A site visit for this project has been scheduled for the 16th of March 2020 at 10:30 A.M, PST meeting at 1212 Fallen Leaf Road, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150.
