Offers must be submitted by email to: Robert Briney, Contracting Officer at robert.briney@usda.gov. Faxed or hard copy proposals are not acceptable. This is the solicitation for janitorial services at the Truckee and Sierraville Ranger Districts Offices. The Contractor shall provide everything – including, but not limited to, all equipment, supplies, transportation, labor, and supervision – necessary to complete the project, except for that which the contract clearly states is to be furnished by the Government. This project encompasses offices in two locations on the Tahoe National Forest. Site visit is available by appointment only. If your company would like to tour the buildings to be serviced prior to developing your quote, contact the Contracting Officer to schedule an appointment. RSVP for appointments is due on or before 3:00 pm on January 19, 2021. RSVP to Robert.briney@usda.gov for an appointment. Attendance at a site visit will require compliance with COVID-19 social distancing and virus spread prevention guidelines.
