The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for the United States Department of Agriculture that expires on September 30, 2020 in Tucson, Arizona at the Public Safety Training Academy Building. The Government requires 3 each heliport concrete pads, apron, parking and related warehouse/office/shop pilot ready room space yielding approx. of 2400 ANSI/BOMA office area. The space must be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by June 15, 2020. Submissions by other than owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from th owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
