THE USDA FOREST SERVICE IS SEEKING OFFICE, WAREHOUSE and RELATED SPACE TO LEASE within the city limits of Williams, Arizona. This is a sources sought announcement only and is not to be construed as a solicitation for firm proposals or offers. A response hereto does NOT obligate the respondent or the Government in anyway. This announcement is solely for the purpose of determining if space is available or can be made available and to obtain an estimated cost. Delineated Area: Within the city limits of Williams, Arizona. Any site located in a 100-year floodplain will be excluded from consideration. Description: Provide approximately 15,184 square feet of rentable office, warehouse and related space with both employee and visitor parking spaces. The term will be a 20-year lease with 5-years firm term. Receipt of Responses: The latest date for receipt of responses in March 3, 2021. Response should include the proposed property location and the estimated square foot rate per year and a total estimated annual rental rate.
