This is a Request for Proposal which will result in a firm-fixed price, contract for a basic period of performance from July 1, 2020, through August 31, 2020. Only one award will be made. This project is set-aside 100% for small business. Award will be made based on the best value to the government and can be made on initial offers. Contractor to furnish all material, labor, tools, equipment, signs, supplies, transportation, supervision, incidentals, and OSHA safety measures necessary to perform Leave Tree Marking services at the Sam Houston Ranger District in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation and any resultant contract.
