Submission of an offer for the basic contract period constitutes an offer to perform in the Option Period(s), if exercised. Only one award will be made. This project is set-aside 100% for small business. Award will be made based on the lowest price to the government and can be made on initial offers. Contractor to furnish all material, labor, tools, equipment, signs, supplies, transportation, supervision, incidentals, and OSHA safety measures necessary to perform ground maintenance services at the Sabine National Forest Administrative Site located at 5050 State Hwy 21 East, Hemphill, TX 75948 in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation and any resultant contract.
