Solicitation amendment 0001 breaks out the mowing of the dam from Item Numbers 0001, 1001, and 2001; and creates Item Numbers 0002, 1002, and 2002 for them. This is a Request for Quotes which will result in a firm-fixed price, contract for a basic period of performance from date of award, through May 15, 2021, plus two, one-year option periods. Submission of an offer for the basic contract period constitutes an offer to perform in the Option Period(s), if exercised. Only one award will be made. This project is set-aside 100% for small business. Award will be made based on the best value to the government and can be made on initial offers. Contractor to furnish all material, labor, tools, equipment, signs, supplies, transportation, supervision, incidentals, and OSHA safety measures necessary to perform mowing services at the Davy Crockett National Forest, Ratcliff Lake Recreation Area located on SH 7 between Ratcliff and Kennard, TX in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation and any resultant contract.
