The National Forests and Grasslands in Texas, Sam Houston National Forest, has a requirement to replace the Little Creek Bridge at milepost 2.10 on NFSR 217 in San Jacinto County, Texas. This solicitation will result in a single contract award on the basis of technical qualifications/capability, past performance, and price as best meets the needs of the Government. The USDA Forest Service encourages the participation of small, disadvantaged, service disabled veteran, and woman owned business enterprises. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237310 and the small business size standard is $36.5 million. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible, qualified small businesses may submit an offer which will be considered by the Forest Service. All Offerors shall be registered at the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) prior to submitting a proposal. The statement of magnitude for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Payment and performance bonds are required. The solicitation for this project will be available only through this Federal Business Opportunities website www.fbo.gov.
