The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to paint the Jessieville Ranger Office, Office Storage Building, Office Pavilion, and Gate including: • remove and replace any rotten or decaying siding and/or trim, • repair window sills, • repair any loose siding or trim, • remove and replace Pergola rafters, • caulking cracks and voids to be painted, • prepare all siding, trim, doors, windows, handrails, gate, office storage building including ramp and steps into building, and accessories for painting, • paint all siding, trim, doors, windows, handrails, gate, office storage building including ramp and steps into building, and accessories • other incidental work in accordance with these specifications.
