ADD 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects.(b) Between $25,000 and $100,000. REMOVE Under Business Proposal, page 92 (a) Furnish financial statements for the last two years, including an interim statement for the current year, unless previously provided to the office issuing the RFP, in which case a statement as to when and where this information as provided may be furnished instead. (b) Specify the financial capacity, working capital and other resources available to perform the contract without assistance from any outside source. (c) Provide the name, location, and intercompany pricing policy for other divisions, subsidiaries, parent company, or affiliated companies that will perform work or furnish materials under this contract. The project is located at the USDA Forest Service Work Center west of Oden, Arkansas on State Highway 88. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to replace one door, repair the rotten and loose wood siding and trim, and repaint the Oden Storehouse & Shop, Oil & Paint House, Pesticide Building, Pole Shed, Equipment Building, Seed Cooler Cover, and Wash Rack Building including: • remove and replace any rotten or decaying siding and/or trim, • repair window sills, • repair any loose siding or trim, • caulking cracks and voids to be painted, • prepare all siding, trim, doors, windows, and accessories for painting, • paint all siding, trim, doors, windows, brick chimney, and accessories • other incidental work in accordance with these specifications. NO INTERIOR PAINTING IS REQUIRED W/ THE EXCEPTION OF REPLACEMENT BOARDS ON POLE BARN WHICH SHALL BE PAINTED ON ALL SIDES DURING INSTALLATION
