Repair the fencing at Rover Work Center, including providing new fence posts, resetting undamaged fence posts in concrete, re-installing undamaged fence fabric, rails, and barbed wire, providing new fence fabric, rail, hardware, and barbed wire and other incidental work. The Rover Work Center is located 0.7 miles south of Rover, AR on AR-27, Ouachita National Forest. There is not an organized site visit scheduled. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. Any prospective quoter desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, specifications, etc., must request it in writing soon enough to allow a reply to reach all prospective bidders before submission of their quotes. Oral explanations or instructions given before the award of a contract will not be binding. Inquiries and all correspondence concerning this solicitation should be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer at latricia.robbins@usda.gov. A bid guarantee is not required to be submitted with the quote. A Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required of the successful quoter within 10 days of award if the award amount is over $35,000.00. The Government will award one solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose response best conforms to the solicitation and which will be the most advantageous to the Government; price, past performance and technical capability are the considered factors.
