Common Stand Examinations in the West Blackfork Creek, Johnson Creek, and Freedom located on the Cold Springs Ranger District. The scope of this contract is to furnish all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary to conduct reliable timber stand examinations. The work performed and the data collected shall be in compliance with the terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions of this solicitation and the current version of the Common Stand Exam Field Guide for Region 8. The contractor’s electronic data shall successfully transmit to the Forest Service’s FSVeg Database System using computer equipment on the Ouachita National Forest. An organized site visit is not scheduled. The government anticipates making an award to one offeror as a result of the solicitation. Award will be made based on lowest priced technically acceptable and can be made on initial offers.
