Bush, the pre-bid conference is being delayed. The pre-bid conference has been rescheduled to 10:00 AM on December 17, 2018 at the Russellville City Hall. The response date for proposals has been changed to 2:00 PM on January 3, 2019. A new SF 1449 has been posted reflecting this change. This notice constitutes amendment 001 to the solicitation. PRE-BID CONFERENCE NOTES: 1) The response date for submitting proposals has been extended until 2:00 PM on January 8, 2019. A revised SF 1449 coversheet is attached. This constitutes amendment 002 to the solicitation. 2) A copy of the conference attendance sheet is attached. 3) Sample maps distributed during the conference are attached. 4) During the conference the Government reiterated the requirement to submit a written technical proposal per the instructions contained in the solicitation. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 1) A financial information sheet is attached; please complete and submit w/ your business proposal. 2) An optional reference questionaire has also been attached, which may be used for submitting reference information. SPECIAL NOTICE Due to the lapse in Agency funding and consequent Government shut-down, the response date for this solicitation is delayed indefinitely. A new response date will be announced once funding is restored. --- NEW RESPONSE DATE --- Proposals are now due at 2PM on Thursday, January 31, 2019. Responders who have already submitted a proposal have the option to submit a revised proposal by that time and date or provide an email indicating their prior submittal is good for an additional 60 days (through April 1, 2019).
