This Request for Quote is for the procurement of a 6x6 PEPRO Communications Shelter Manufacture, Delivery, Installation, and Removal with 68’ platform tower and 12’ extension for the Wallowa Mountain Office, Wallowa-Whitman NF, USDA Forest Service. This is a firm- fixed-price (FFP) purchase order. The NAICS code for this request is 334220. New Equipment Only. No partial quotes will be considered. The vendor shall be capable of procuring, delivering, and installing the equipment listed in the Bill of Materials (BOM) within 24 months of contract award.
