No bids were received in response to the original Request for Quote (RFQ) so this is being reposted/extended until 1700 Eastern, 24 September 2021 to solicit responses. *** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 12760421Q0192 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), attached to this notice. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336411 with a small business size standard of 1,500 employees. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified sellers may submit bids. QUOTATION PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: To ensure timely and equitable evaluation of quotes, offerors must comply with instructions contained herein. Quotes must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirements of this RFQ. The response shall consist of the quoted price for items in Schedule B. Partial bids will be accepted. BASIS FOR AWARD: Items will be evaluated to ensure they meet the minimum stated technical requirements listed in the Contract Line Item Structure (CLIN) in Schedule B, as well as the Statement of Work. Award will be made to responsible bidder(s) for the lowest priced, technically acceptable offered items(s). This may result in multiple or split awards - where more than one award will be made. The Government reserves the right to make an award on any item for a quantity less than the quantity offered, at the unit prices offered.
