This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 12760421Q0157. The solicitation is a request for quote (RFQ). This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). All responsible sources may submit a proposal. NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. This solicitation is a Small Business Set Aside. NAICS code: 237130; small business size standard $39.5 m. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, in order to be considered for award. See attached schedule of specifications/SOW and the equipment/supplies (Bill of Materials) for a list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure. New Equipment ONLY. The Government will award a single purchase order contract resulting from this RFQ. Quotes will be evaluated on completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness. Evaluation of the quoted prices for the products will be based on a comparison of quoted prices received in response to the solicitation. The vendor must be capable of procuring, delivering, and installing the equipment listed according to the Statement of Work. The offers are due 28 July 2021, 11:00 AM MT.
