This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 12760420Q0137. The solicitation is a request for quote (RFQ). This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). All responsible sources may submit a proposal. NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. This solicitation is a Small Business Set Aside. NAICS code: 541620; small business size standard $16.5 m. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, in order to be considered for award. See attached schedule of specifications in the Statement of Work. New Equipment ONLY. The Government will award a single purchase order contract resulting from this RFQ. Quotes will be evaluated on completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness. Evaluation of the quoted prices for the products will be based on a comparison of quoted prices received in response to the solicitation. The vendor must be capable of procuring, delivering, and installing the service/equipment listed according to the Statement of Work. The offers are due 24 July 2020 at 1:00 PM MT.
