This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 12760420Q0072. The solicitation is a request for quote (RFQ). This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). All responsible sources may submit a proposal. NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 334418; size standard 750. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, in order to be considered for award. See attached Bill of Materials for a list of items, quantities and units of measure. New Equipment ONLY. The Government will award a single purchase order contract resulting from this RFQ. Quotes will be evaluated on completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness. Evaluation of the quoted prices for the products will be based on a comparison of quoted prices received in response to the solicitation. The vendor must be capable of procuring, delivering, and installing the equipment listed in the Bill of Materials. The offers are due 28 September 2020 by 2:00 pm ET. Electronic versions of your offer shall be submitted via email to Cori Gonzales, corrine.gonzales@usda.gov. All questions/inquiries must be submitted to the contract officer via electronic mail (e-mail) not later than 2:00 PM ET on 25 September 2020.
