The Black Hills National Forest intends to issue a Request For Quotes (RFQ) to award a single, firm-fixed price contract to provide janitorial and snow removal services for the Supervisor’s Office, Warehouse, Hell Canyon Ranger District Fire Office, Custer County, Custer, SD. The Supervisor’s Office contains approximately 19,000 square feet of carpeted floor area and 2,405 square feet of hard surface floors distributed in between three pods and two levels. The warehouse contains approximately 1,045 square feet of hard surface floors. The Hell Canyon Ranger District Fire Office contains approximately 935 square feet of carpeted floor area and approximately 48 square feet of hard surface floors. All are measured without furniture. Snow removal will be required for outside sidewalk, stairs, loading docks, ramps, and parking spaces designated for persons with disabilities. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561720 with a size standard of $19.5 million. Project is total Small Business Set-Aside. Services will run from Notice To Proceed through December 31, 2024. This is a base year contract with four option years. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, incidentals, and perform all required work in accordance to the terms, conditions, specifications, and provisions of the proposed contract. Contracts must be registered in the System for award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award.
