This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-6. This procurement is set aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 332312 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 Employees. This is a solicitation for materials and delivery of cattle guard grids and bases.
