This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an __RFQ___. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05. This procurement is set aside for __Small Business__________ (enter type of set aside or change to full and open). The NAICS code is __561720, Janitorial Services____________ and the Small Business Size Standard is __$18.0 M____. The Forest Service, through individual regional efforts, intends to establish multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to conduct restroom, outhouse, portable toilet facilities cleaning and disinfecting activities in support of COVID 19 mitigation and remediation. In general, contracted services will include cleaning (removing dirt, grime, and other substances) and disinfecting (eliminating pathogens with chemicals) all appliances, surfaces, and interior spaces within restrooms at developed recreation sites. Cleaning frequencies will vary based on the amount of public use at each services site. The inititial BPA call for cleaning will be awarded concurrently with the BPAs.
