This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: Perform a Closed-Circuited television inspection of designated sewer pipelines, manholes, and cleanouts within the Bessey Administrative Site. Work consists of providing all labor and equipment to conduct the inspection. Contractor shall deliver a thumb drive device with video and audio of work plus CCTV and Pipe Inspection Reports per NASSCO PACP guidelines. Deliverables include: 1. Video with audio narration on a thumb drive. 2. Associated CCTV and Pipe Inspection Reports per NASSCO PACP Guidelines. 3. Final written report detailing what was found (leaks/breaks/deficiencies).
