The work consists of removal of approximately 2400 square feet of glue down carpet and installation of approximately 2400 square feet of “Tile Carpet. Disposal of discarded carpet and waste material at a sanitary landfill. Project has a base bid with and optional bid item of removing and installing approximately 510 square feet of carpet in break room. Project is located in Custer County, SD. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238330 with a size standard of $16.5 million. Project is total Small Business Set-Aside. Government Estimate is under $25,000. Contract time is 30 calendars days. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and incidentals and perform all required work in accordance to the terms, conditions, specifications, and provisions of the contract. All responsible sources will be considered for award the agency. Contractors must be registered in the System for award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award.
