The Nebraska National Forests and Grasslands intends to issue a Request For Quotes (RFQ) to award a single, firm-fixed price contract to provide janitorial services for the Wall Ranger District, Shop and Visitor Center, Pennington County, Wall, SD. The office contains approximately 8500 square feet of floor area. Approximately 7500 square feet are carpeted and approximately 1000 square feet are tile or linoleum. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561720 with a size standard of $18.0 million. Project is total Small Business Set-Aside. This is a base year contract with three option years. Services will run from Notice To Proceed through April 30, 2020 for the base year and from May 1st through April 30th each option year thereafter. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, incidentals, and perform all required work in accordance to the terms, conditions, specifications, and provisions of the proposed contract. Contracts must be registered in the System for award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award.
