The Nebraska National Forest and Grasslands intends to issue a Request For Quotes (RFQ) to award a single, firm-fixed price contract for water well development and decommissioning in the Counties of Thomas and Cherry, NE. The project consists of Base Items of developing three new wells and decommissioning three existing wells. Optional Line Items include One (1) new well development with associated decommissioning. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 237110 with a size standard of $36.5 million. Project is total Small Business Set-Aside. Government Estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. Contract time is 30 calendar days. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and incidentals and perform all required work in accordance to the terms, conditions, specifications, and provisions of the contract. All responsible quoters will be considered for award of this project. Contractors must be registered in the System for award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award.
