Specifications: Must be compatible with: Nikon eclipse Ti Inverted Image Scope Open existing TIF, BMP, PNG, JPG, or DICOM file Open very large digital scans (up to 4 GB) saved from a slide scanner or stitched together with 3rd party software Open single files saved from digital camera, a series of images (up to 1,000) Open IMG receptor binding assays Open DICOM X-ray or MicroCT files Must be able to capture live imaging from microscopes at a minimum of 30 frames per second Dynamic adjustment of auto exposure, gain, and background correction Enhanced Live Overlay: Measure on a live image and redraw measurement tracings on a live image Ability to digitize slides Scan up to 8 tissue sections on 4 slides - scan time must be less than 10 minutes per section with minimum of 20X objective Scan up to 96 wells per plate - scan time must be less than 5 minutes per well with minimum of 10X objective Software must be loaded onto vendor provided PC Workstation
