These instruments are critical to our lab and have been under service contract since installation. This contract will cover two preventative/planned maintenance (PM) visits per year for the AB Sciex 5500 QTrap and preventative maintenance visit for the Selexion instrument This contract will cover parts and service for repairs, including but not limited to vacuum system, electronics, mechanical pump, turbo pump. This contract will cover labor and travel for PM and repair visits. Only corresponding parts used for all maintenance needs. There will be no substitutions.
