This procurement will be processed pursuant to FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and no other written solicitation will be issued. Solicitation 12653820Q0011 is issued as a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-02. This is a small business set aside under NAICS code 325412. The small business size standard is 1250 employees. Only small business can participate in this solicitation. Verification of business size will be completed via the vendor's SAM.gov registration. The. U.S. Meat Animal Research Center in Clay Center, NE is requesting quotations for cattle vaccines. Items requesting quotes for are listed on the attached Standard Form 18, Request for Quote with applicable terms & conditions. EVALUATION FACTORS: Quotes will be evaluated based off Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Quotes will be determined to be technically acceptable based off if the vendor offers the exact items as specified on the Standard Form 18, Request for Quote; or offers a product that is equal to the brand name requested and demonstrates that the product offered is equal to the product requested. Vendors will be determined not technically acceptable if the above is not met.
