This procurement will be processed pursuant to FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and no other written solicitation will be issued. Solicitation 12653819Q0029 is issued as a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-005. This is a small business set aside under NAICS code 333111. The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. Only small business can participate in this solicitation. Verification of business size will be completed via the vendor's SAM.gov registration. The. U.S. Meat Animal Research Center in Clay Center, NE is requesting quotations for eight (8) irrigation pivots and trade-in value for the pivots they will be replacing. This acquisition is for the following items as identified in the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) in the attached Standard Form 18 Request for Quote (RFQ 12653819Q0029).
