This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and no other written solicitation will be issued. Solicitation 12653819Q0022 is issued as a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-73. This is a small business set aside under NAICS code 333111. The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. Only small business can participate in this solicitation. Verification of business size will be completed via the vendor's SAM registration. The USDA, ARS, U.S. Meat Animal Research Center (USMARC) is requesting a quote for the following contract line item: 1. 29' Vertical Tillage Tool The following documents are attached for review: Product Specifications, Standard Form 18 - Request for Quote 12653819Q0022 with terms & conditions. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Provision 52.212.2 Applies. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
