Software modules that allow for 3D viewing and measuring of volume, tracking of objects in 2D and 3D, based on Z-stack micrographs taken with a Nikon 90i microscope and digital imaging system running Nikon NIS-Elements software. In addition, software upgrades to NIS-Elements AR are required to upgrade features and allow NIS-Elements to run on Windows 10 OS computer.
