The contractor is required to provide labor & equipment to remove the existing greenhouse glazing materials and aluminum joint caps, clean & prepare installation frames and then install new polycarbonate glazing materials, reinstall original aluminum caps on seams, and seal all exposed joints with proper sealants for water proofing. This is a new requirement.
