THe correct date that proposal are due is August 18th, 2020 not JUly 31, 2020. This project will involve the prepping (pressure wash) and painting of all wooden exterior surfaces, including eaves and overhangs, and the metal dust collection silo, with 1 or 2 coats (if needed) of high quality, latex wood stain (Sherwin Williams “Woodscapes” or equal). Work will be done during normal business hours (7:00am-5:00pm M-F). This project should be done in a 1- 2 week period. The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, material, supervision, transportation, clean up and related services to perform the following: 1. Pressure wash and prep all existing wood and metal surfaces. 2. Examine and with COR approval replace any rotted siding, T-1-11 has 2 styles and new siding must match existing in both thickness and “groove” width. 3. Apply 2 coats of high quality latex stain to new siding, and a minimum of 1 coat to existing siding (new and existing must match in color) 4. Stain metal silo and associated piping to match building color. 5. Clean all work areas and instruct MTP staff on care and maintenance of newly painted surfaces. Color to be chosen by U. S.
