This acquisition is to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and other incidentals to install underlayment, ridge vent, and asphalt architectural shingles the NRS Delaware AP Building number 42906. This project will involve the removal and disposal of approximately 4800 sq. ft. of existing roofing materials (approx. 48 squares), as well as the replacement of several pieces of ½" plywood underlayment, cover with new vapor barrier, a minimum of 36" of Weather-Gard, Ice and snow barrier, install new aluminum drip edge, new 30 year architectural shingles (specified in section III.G Products) and a continuous vented ridge cap. All measurements in the solicitation shall be considered estimates and will the responsibility of the contractor to verify. This project will be total small business set aside. The estimate value of this project is less than $25,000.00. The site visit for this project will be June 10th at 10:00 AM(Eastern Time) at the USDA Forest Service, Northern Research Station, 359 Main Road, Delaware, Ohio 43015.
