UPDATE 2: The magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. If the project is above $35,000; 1) FAR 52.228-13 (Alternative Payment Protections) will be implemented and will include two options for payment protections. Either a Payment Bond or Irrevocable Letter of Credit required within 10 days of contract award. It is not anticipated, based on the magnitude of the project, that performance bonds will be used at all for this project. 2) The following will also be added to the resultant contract: FAR 52.228-2, 52.228-5, 52.228-11, 52.228-12, 52.228-14 UPDATE: Solicitation has been updated with new attachments. The change includes adding crack filling to the scope of work. Current Solicitation, Schedule of Items and Statement of Work was updated on 28, 2020. See attached solicitation documents.
