In order to receive award under this Request for Proposal the successful offeror shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). NAICS: 238320, the size standard is $16.5 Million. This project is being solicited as a 100% set aside for Small Business. All work is to comply with local, Federal and State codes and is subject to Department of Labor wage rates.
