The USDA Forest Service, Minnesota Shared Services Contracting Unit, Superior National Forest anticipates issuing a Request for Quotation for a Firm Fixed Price type contract. It is the intent of this contract to purchase truss and other framing repair for a warehouse located at the Laurentian Ranger District in Aurora, MN. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-Furnished), and incidentals to perform all work necessary for this construction project. NAICS: 238130, the size standard is $15 Million. This project is being solicited as a 100% set aside for Small Business. Questions concerning the solicitation must be in writing and sent via email to Clark Bartelt, Contracting Officer, clark.a.bartelt@usda.gov In order to receive award under this RFP the successful offeror shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), and have completed the online representations and certifications database and be a certified 100% Small Business. All work is to comply with local, Federal and State codes and regulations and is subject to Davis Bacon Act wage rates. All responsible Small Business sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Forest Service.
