Yes, these government furnished culverts will be delivered directly to the project site. Is the class 5 material provided by the Forest Service? Yes, the class 5 material is available from a Forest Service pit at the beginning of FR 383 (Bandana Lake Road). The bid guarantee does not have to be made prior to the contract being awarded. If your company's proposal is selected as the successful bidder, you will have 10 days to provide the bid guarantee. Per page 3 of the solicitation, the payment bond should be included under Mobilization in the schedule of items. I've extended the due date until May 10 to allow interested parties more time to review this additional information.
