Amendement #1, Full Solicitation Added 04/08/19 The USDA Forest Service, Superior National Forest, located in Duluth Minnesota anticipates issuing a Request for Proposals to Renovate the Seagull Guard Station Dwelling 2019 Roof replacement, kitchen and bath remodel, and water heater replacement. The project is located at 11456 Gunflint Trail Grand Marais, MN 55604. Price range is between $40,000 and $65,000. Award is contingent upon availability of funds. The solicitation and related documents will ONLY be available for download at http://fbo.gov/ on or about April 8, 2019. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed out. In order to receive award under this RFP the successful offeror shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). NAICS: 238290, the size standard is $15 Million. This project is being solicited as a 100% set aside for Small Business. All work is to comply with local, Federal and State codes and is subject to Department of Labor wage rates.
