This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-74B. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Price quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The applicable North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is: 423510 Size standard is 100 employees. A firm fixed price contract will be issued. All firms or individuals responding must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) via http://www.sam.gov This procurement is 100% small business set-aside. Schedule of supplies list, quantities and units of measure are as follows: 1,108 50ft rolls of 14 gauge galvanized welded fence with 2" X 4" openings, 6 ft high, USA made. 12,540 pieces of 1/2" rebar, 7 ft long +/- 6", USA made. Delivery location: 400 rolls fence & 4,800 rebar pieces to lower parking lot of Gunflint Ranger District, 2020 W. Highway 61, Grand Marais, MN 55604 708 rolls fence & 7,740 rebar pieces to upper parking lot at the Tofte Ranger District, 7355 West Highway 61, Tofte, MN 55615 Quantities delivered to each location may be adjusted slightly in order to facilitate most efficient truck loading. Delivery notification must be made no less than 24 hours in advance, 48 hours is preferred. Rebar must come with unloading capability IF the bundle wieghts are greater than 1600 lbs. Prefer fence delivered on flatbed trailer, if not pallet jack must be provided by contractor to get material to rear of enclosed trailer. Contractor must be capable of delivering the items listed within 30 calendar days of contract award. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation.
