The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS) program intends to procure one (1) augmented reality mapping system for aviation mission requirements in the Eastern Region. This solicitation will result in a one-time commercial purchase order. Delivery FOB destination to Lexington, KY. The anticipated effective date of the contract is February 20, 2026. This will be a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 336413 (size standard 1,250 employees). The solicitation package will be issued via email IAW FAR Model Deviation [Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO)] 12.201-1(c)(2). Evaluation will be IAW FAR Model Deviation [Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO)] 12.203(a) Price, Technical, and Past Performance. Basis for award will be best value to the government; comparative evaluation of quotations will be used. All responsible sources may submit a quotation for consideration.
