This solicitation will result in a one-time commercial purchase order. Delivery FOB destination to Millville, UT. The anticipated effective date of the contract is January 1, 2026. This will be a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 334220 (size standard 1,250 employees). The solicitation package will be issued via email IAW FAR Model Deviation [Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO)] 12.201-1(c)(2). Evaluation will be IAW FAR Model Deviation [Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO)] 12.203(a) Price, Technical, and Past Performance.
