This is a presolicitation for a total small business set-aside to provide and install one modified 40 ft x 8 ft HC steel shipping container (Conex or equal) for USDA APHIS Wildlife Services on Guam. The container will be delivered to the WS Guam state office and installed on an existing concrete pad with electrical hookup. Required modifications include typhoon-rated tie-down anchoring, corrosion-resistant exterior finish and silicone roof coating, three windows with typhoon shutters, two exterior doors, two insulated interior rooms with drywall/insulation, vinyl or laminate flooring, and a finished ceiling. Electrical work includes 120V/220V hookups, a 100-amp interior panel in room two, two 12,000 BTU minimum A/C split units, twelve outlets, and four overhead LED/fluorescent fixtures.
