This is a request for quotes for Air Filter Replacement Service at the USDA Phoenix Rearing Facility in Phoenix, Arizona. A mandatory site visit is required for eligibility, to be held at the facility on March 25 or 26, 2026. Interested vendors must attend one of these visits and sign the official attendance sheet. Quotes from vendors who do not attend will not be considered.
