All other terms and conditions remain the same. USDA-APHIS-PPQ requires a set of product chemistry registration studies to be completed on a pesticide end use product called “Spinosad Fruit Fly Bait” which contains 1.8% w/w Spinosad in accordance with Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs) [1]. These product chemistry studies must follow the EPA study guidelines OPPTS 830.6317 (storage stability), 830.6320 (corrosion characteristics), 830.6302 (color), 830.6304 (odor), 830.6303 (physical state), 830.7300 (bulk density), 830.6313 (stability to normal and elevated temperatures, metals, and metal ions) [2].
