The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Veterinary Services (VS), National Veterinary Stockpile (NVS) program intends to use commercial and simplified acquisition procedures to secure a single award 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract to supply an estimated 1,500 boxes (1,000 tags per box) of barcoded swine backtags per year. The activity will request swine backtags that are US State specific, individually lettered/ numbered, weatherproof, rigid, and barcoded, among other specifications.
