This is a notice of intent to issue a BPA Call in accordance with FAR 13.303 and USDA policy (PGI 413.303, Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs)). The USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) intends to issue a call against BPA 126395 24A0023 for Preventative Maintenance for Agilent Technologies HPLCs and GCs with associated detectors. This BPA was competitively solicited on SAM.gov under solicitation WS1123727. This synopsis is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations. Any party who believes they can perform this requirement should submit a capability statement for consideration by the government. A determination by the government not to further compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. The government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. A party may identify their interest and submit a capability statement by noon, April 8, 2025 .
