This is a notice of intent to issue a BPA Call in accordance with FAR 13.303 and USDA policy (PGI 413.303, Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs)). The USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) intends to issue a call against BPA 12639521A0025 for INFORMACAST Software & Maintenance Software Renewal for USDA which to be used in various applications such as, but not limited to: • IPTA - M1Y-C I Year Maintenance Subscription – Per End point License – TIER C (Qty 1,000 + end points) Quantity 8,620 units • SS-1YR-MOB-TIER 1 Informacast I year Subscription – TIER 1 250 units This BPA was competitively solicited on SAM.gov under solicitation 12639521Q0320. This synopsis is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations. Any party who believes they can perform this requirement should submit a capability statement for consideration by the government. A determination by the government not to further compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. The government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. A party may identify their interest and submit a capability statement by April 8, 2025.
